I was in a bit of a rush and needed my resume done before a deadline that was coming up fast, so I gave ZipJob a try. They told me when it would be ready, and it actually showed up that day without me having to follow up or panic about it. that timing was the biggest thing for me, and I was happy they came through.

I don’t have a lot of patience for back-and-forth with returns, so I was relieved this was painless. The guarantee actually worked, and I got my refund without too much hassle.

Ordering was simple overall, and the checkout process was clear enough that I got through it without any real hassle. I do wish the package options were easier to compare before you pay, though. After I completed the payment, I felt a little doubtful, like I wasn’t totally sure I’d picked the best option or if everything would go as expected

I thought zipjob.com looked nice overall. It’s clean and not too busy, so I didn’t have to dig around much to find the resume stuff and the pricing, which I appreciated.

A few parts kind of repeated the same thing, and I had to scroll more than I expected when I was trying to compare it all. That part was a little annoying, but not a huge deal.

Design-wise, it feels professional and put together, even if that one thing could be smoother. Overall, it was a good experience for me, probably around 4 stars.
